Your hands are covered with bacteria most of the
time, because we do not tend to wash hands every now and then. A pimple is a
big bacterium itself and touching it with infected hands will not help it any
better. It will make the scene worse and instead of vanishing, the pimple will
leave marks which will take ages to remove from the skin. So, get hold of your
need to squeeze the pimple and let it heal on its real time.
A lot of products are equal to open pores
Products do fascinate us and being skin lovers, we
readily buy creams and lotions which appeal our eyes. But keep the skincare
routine simple; do not change products very often. You do not have to keep on
using creams and lotions all the time. Application of different creams only
results in opening the pores. Open pores say big welcome to harmful hazards of environment,
which is very dangerous for the skin. So, be precise in applying the creams and

In today’s world, the skin has a great threat from
exposure of sun. Sunblock or sunscreen protects the skin from radical damage of
UV rays, which can cause early aging and skin tanning. Do make it a habit to
apply sun screen before going out in sun.

consult your dermatologist so she/he can recommend you what is better for your
skin type.
Gentle massage
Whenever you feel your skin is tired, massage it
gently with tips of fingers. It will help in circulation of the blood and you
will feel fresh. Like hair our skin also needs gentle massage from time to time
to keep the skin cells active.
