Soft, supple and glowing skin is the dream of everyone. Well that cant come true till your skin isn't hydrated. Have you ever noticed that even after moisturizing your skin still feels flaky or dry? Well that’s dehydration for you.

Moisturizers are great, you just need to find the one that suits your skin. Not all moisturizers suit all skins. Here’s how you can choose your moisturizers.

Patch Test:

Like with all chemicals, you need a patch test with moisturizers as well. Apply moisture to your neck area to do a patch test. This will help you check if the moisture suits you or not. A patch test will help you see if the product irritates your skin or not. Also, you need to look for products that are fragrance free and has essential oils.

Oil and Moisturizer are Different:

Oils are great, they make the skin glow and heal in many ways, but that just happens on the upper layer. Whereas, a moisture helps you get water molecules to the upper layer of the skin, keeping it hydrated.

If after regular use of moisturizing your skin is till dry, this means you aren’t using the right kind.
