Smoking is one bad habit which is really hard to quit.  Many smokers complain that we cannot quit smoking, but we want to retain our skin as well.

 In order to help smokers, we have come up with some tips which can help in saving their skin.

  • ·         Skin begins to sag and wrinkle  due to  damage of collagen, done by smoking
  • ·         Nicotine narrows the blood vessels which result in dull and dry skin
  • ·         It d-colors your natural skin tone by producing very few red blood cells
  • ·         You get wrinkles prior to your age and there is rapid increase in age

Save Your Skin




  • ·         Drink as much water as you can, especially after waking up in the morning  
  • ·         Eat fruits and vegetables to cut down the toxins in your body
  • ·         Moisturize your skin a lot to balance the damage smoking has done
  • ·         Drink 2 glasses of milk every day to produce vitamin C in your body, to fight the nicotine
  • ·         Apply any mask of vitamin E, it helps in healing the damaged skin
