Water Therapy

If you want to kill the negative effects smoking has caused on your face, then you should do water therapy daily. When you get up in the morning drink 4 glasses of water immediately and do not drink, eat or smoke after 60 minutes of water intake. This will help in removing toxins from your body and will help in retaining your skin’s natural glow.

Moisturize

As smoking cause dryness and aging, the best way to deal with this problem is moisturizing. Whenever you get the chance, moisturize your face and whole body. Though, whole body will be a time taking process, but face takes a very little time. Repeat your moisturizing process on face for like 4-5 times a day and for body it should be at least twice a day. This will help in balancing the damage on your skin, which is caused by smoking.
